As a native Mandarin speaker who grew up in mainland China, I offer therapy in Mandarin or a blend of Mandarin and English for clients who feel most comfortable expressing themselves in both languages.

Mindfulness and self-compassion can help us develop a healthier relationship with difficult emotions, reduce self-criticism, and cultivate greater resilience in the face of stress, trauma, and life challenges. Drawing on over fifteen years of mindfulness practice, I integrate mindfulness-based approaches to support healing, self-understanding, and personal growth.
